No unfortunatly this is not an option, we would never be able to reach them
all with 48 hours.

Yeah or even better, call /THEM/ at regular intervals until they answer 
the survey. Use the mighty power of Asterisk's .call files to subdue 
your employees with 30 minutes long surveys! Bwahaha :)
