[Asterisk-Users] SIP Subscriptions

Doesn't realtime allow you to manipulate users without ever having to issue
a reload command?
I'd expect the command 'reload' to flush any existing information from
memory and use with freshly loaded information anyway, and that goes for any
application, not just asterisk.
