[Asterisk-Users] Re: PROGRESS with cause code 31 received

I have upgraded to HEAD and still, this problem persists...

I can dial any other numbers through my provider with no issues, but any
toll-frees do NOT work still.

I have searched on Google as well, and I can't find any help..

Can anyone assist?
