That's cool.  I have not received the latest issue yet but look forward
to it.

Was there some sort of full disclosure statement since VON is a
publication of Jeff Pulver and he also sells a derivative of Asterisk
called "Blue Lava" on his website?

Who has seen Blue Lava?  Is it GPL or commercial license?
