[Asterisk-Users] Exit Voicemail

Hitting 0 when asterisk announces that the call has gone to voicemail
immediately goes to the 'o' reserved extension:

On voicemail main/comedian mail (reading your own voicemail box), press 3
for advanced options, then press 4 to place an outgoing call.
