[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk Hardware recomendation

How would one go about to implement such a
cluster?
How do the different Asterisk boxes know of the
extensions on all the other boxes?
Is each client bound to it's box or can it connect
to any box in the cluster, ie if one fails can the
other take over and share the load of the failed
on between themselves?

I would be very interested in hearing more of such
solutions and people experiences with it.
