[Asterisk-Users] detecting extensions in use

ChanIsAvail seemed perfect until I tried it.  It can tell when an 
extension isn't registered, but returns the same when an extension is in 
use as when it isn't.  I suspect it works differently for at least the 
zap channels, but the for sip ones it telling us what we need to know.
