What made you think this post was on-topic for asterisk-dev.  Worse, you 
posted it to BOTH asterisk-dev and asterisk-users!

Callerid info is stored differently in the stable and the cvs-head code.  
Either you are running stable and the pystre code is designed for 
cvs-head, or vice-versa.
