Just a guess,

101 to 111 could be seen as dialing prefixes.

Check your extension file for stuff like that. Maybe it thinks you are
trying to dial overseas?

I have a system of 24 SNOM phones with extensions numbered 100-123.  The

phones are all configured identically other than their extensions, and 
the user names, etc.  The problem is the SIP Subscriptions.  For some 
reason Asterisk is not registering the Subscriptions for the phones with

extensions 100-111.  All others work fine, and Asterisk registers their 
subscriptions.

Also, if the phones in the 100-111 range are moved above that range (ie,

104 moves to 204), then their subscriptions start working.  Anyone else 
come across this issue?
