Ok, thanks for the info.. What about the other problem(s) I'm having?

Matt,

	Normal, yes, good, no.  I have experienced the exact same
behavior on a number of machines, and so have many others.  The
certainly seems to be in zaptel (zt_net_stop, if I recall), but I don't
know if it is "priority" or not...
