I recorded a greeting from one of my extensions by creating an extension (6001) and then using record(filename:gsm) to record the greeting. Callers have reported that when they call in, the greeting is VERY murky and quiet and fades in and out. Is there a better way to create & record greetings? -Karl Katzke
