[Asterisk-Users] Cisco 79XX and VLANS

I have a * system at home with mainly 7960's. I run a trunk into each of the phones, it is the only way to get cos bits set correctly from the phone into the switch. I then translate the cos bits into DSCP for layer 3. I have separate vlans for voice and data, * server has 2 nic's one in each vlan.

It has the side effect that 'Configuring VLAN' takes about 5 seconds.
