[Asterisk-Users] Static and echo on PRI

Mark,
     Call your local Telco and issue a Trouble Ticket and specifically 
state that you have Static and Echo on your line and need assistance.

Most likely, they can give you Echo Can for free.

Call Manager has always produced better quality sound.
