Make sure the address is the same as the userid, IE reg.X.auth.userId="username" and reg.X.address="username"

Please do. Specifically, sip.conf ( or whatever your sip configuration 
file for the phones is ), the individual phone settings and your 
sip.conf file from asterisk ( relevant parts only ).
