[Asterisk-Users] ASTCC Database Creation

When trying to "CONFIGURE" astcc I cannot seem to create a databse.

Every time it fails...I have the local mysql that is installed and running
(I know because my CDRs are posted there) I also have hosted mysql account
with godaddy.com and even tried to connect to it...same results...is there a
better manual/guide other than http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-ASTCCGuide that
my be of some help??
