Hi try adding the following line to zapata.conf at the bottom:- 

#include zapata-channels.conf

When ever I try to dial a pstn number, I get this message.  I did a yum update and also recompiled the zaptel and asterisk modules in /usr/src.  I used the same machine as I was using it for asterisk at home 0.6.
