[Asterisk-Users] polycom dial...rings 4 ever, but redial connects

i think the rings on the first dial attempt are fake because
it never goes to pstn howler or fast busy
it rings forever

but redial always connects on first redial

ver 1.3.0.0711 of polycom software

setting it as peer, user or friend (as per wiki) had no effect

has anyone else had this problem and how to fix ???
