Brian,
I bought a diva pro pci 3.0 on ebay.  Turned out since it's a semiactive
card it will not work, but got a terminator too.  So I am still looking
for a Diva PCI or Diva server pci without spending a bundle.  Just got
the line in today, Verizon took about 3 months to do it, and needed to
install repeaters.
