capi4hylafax. With capi you can actually set up a hylafax server to
listen on some MSN or DID, and * for the rest. Both systems will
cooperate nicely.

I have this setup on two debian sarge servers, both of them working
real fine. No need to shutdown * to send or receive faxes, both
systems are configured to use only the MSN's they are attributed.
