Well it turns out the lag was because I was using streaming audio for my
MOH :/   This was only a 3K stream, so I don't think it was a bandwidth
issue (especially since the problem appeared to be with the upstream),
but maybe a buffering issue.. I don't know, but I got rid of it and
everything seems ok now.
