  Just wanted to let people know that the VoicePulse Connect service has problems today.

   

  I'm personally experiencing dropped calls within 2 seconds of an incoming phone call.

   

  I talked to a tech who would not disclose many details about the problem, saying their upstream provider is upgrading their equipment.

   

  On top of increasing their prices, they seemed to have degraded the quality of their service.  Bad business practices.
