Shlund AB is a colo provider. their trademark is 1&1.
Web site is www.1and1.com

I am using them for my web/mail servers. They have very great colo
packages for Linux
with HUGE amount of trafic for very reasonable price.

Here is my traceroute to this IP:

traceroute to 217.160.244.186 (217.160.244.186), 30 hops max, 38 byte
packets
 1 10.255.255.253 (10.255.255.253) 4.343 ms 0.278 ms 0.241 ms
 2 217.160.244.186 (217.160.244.186) 0.178 ms 0.207 ms 0.111 ms
