[Asterisk-Users] Problem with asterisk -> ohphone

I seem to be having problems calling ohphone from asterisk.  The audio
cuts out after a few seconds with the error from ohphone:

Calls from ohphone to asterisk work well though.  Any ideas what is
going on?
