No, BRI ISDN is very rarely, if ever, cost effective here in NA.  Not 
enough 'consumer buy-in.'

I don't think that ISDN BRI allows for extra DIDs as PRI does, but I could 
be wrong.  Most of the BRI equipment I've seen requires all that 
information be hard configured.  I could be wrong though.
