Tim doesn't use AgentCallbackLogin in his example.

Here is how we use it:

;/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf
[system]
; ACD Login/Logout.
exten => 730,1,Answer
exten => 730,2,AgentCallbackLogin(|@internal-acd)
exten => 730,3,Hangup

[internal-acd]
exten => _2[34567]XX,1,SetGroup(${EXTEN})
exten => _2[34567]XX,2,CheckGroup(1)
exten => _2[34567]XX,3,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}|15)
exten => _2[34567]XX,103,Busy

;/etc/asterisk/agents.conf
[agents]

autologoff=15
ackcall=no
wrapuptime=60000

; Group used for patient_q
group=1
agent => 1001,1234,Robert Jackson

autologoff=15
ackcall=no
wrapuptime=5000

; Group used for administrative_q
group=2
agent => 1201,1234,Linda Hayes

;/etc/asterisk/queues.conf
[administrative_q]
music=default
announce-holdtime=yes
announce-frequency=90
strategy=ringall
;context=qout
timeout=15
retry=5
maxlen=0
;member=Agent/@2
member=Agent/1001

Hope this helps some,

Robert Jackson
