[Asterisk-Users] Timing Problem

My telco is telling me that there is a timing problem and that I need to get
my timing from the network. I’ve looked in zttool and it says I’m using
internal timing. The telco also tells me that there is slippage on the
line. What can I check to fix this? I’ve tried calling the system and I
connect but the system errors out quickly and doesn’t perform what’s listed
in the default context.
My span line is:
Span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs
Any thoughts?
