Answer can be delayed by a couple of things. First is if you are getting
callerid via a analog phone line or a channelized T1, the callerid spill
is between the first and second ring. This means you will only answer
after 2 rings. If you don't care for the callerid or you do not
subscribe to it, turn it off and that delay will be removed. You also
can delay answer by using a wait command. Remove it if it is causing a
problem.
