You shouldn't register but more use it as a Gateway. Try with 
[UserFromYourProvider] as section in H323.conf I register to a GK like 
this, no user & password. I know that some ISPs put user and password in 
E164 for identification. Perhaps could be a solution if you can't get 
further.
