Funny - I downloaded the latest Asterisk CVS, and it's pretty much working.

Will report when I have some more success.

Sounds like a re-branded Swissvoice IP10S. Search the Wiki and/or the list
for Swissvoice. You'll find that currently only MGCP (or H.323) works fine
for those, the SIP image is new and not yet ready for production use. Btw
unless you are behind NAT then MGCP is acutally quite a fine protocol to
work with, and the ip10s does have a rather cute graphical display...
