Sipura is saying that they will replace all of my units that are bad but the
difficult part will be to get them back from their respective "owners" now.
I'll have to provide them with a replacement so that they have something
when those are taken out.

We have seen this symptom occur in about 3% of our SPA-2000 units. One
in particular, I know was lying upside down for a couple of hours before
it started happening for the first time, so I also believe it is heat
related. Sipura has replaced the defective units.
