[Asterisk-Users] make update and upgrade failed with `ZT_EVEN T_POLARITY' undeclared

That worked for me as well.  I built the 1.0 zaptel drivers and installed
them on the system and then ran the make upgrade against the new
asterisk-1.0 tarball.
