If I recall recorrectly, when you buy a smartnet contract (regardless of
who sold it to you), you still have to create an account at cisco
and then enter numbers from that contract on their site. "After" that
process is completed, you should have access to TAC, etc. I'd
suspect that process will take a day or two as there seems to be
some human involvement in the approval/creation process at cisco.
