[Asterisk-Users] Billing Fun - anybody know where to get a NPA/NXXdb?

The only database that I am aware of that contains NPA/NXX data, Switch
data, and Billing Center/Rate Code data is the LERG.  It is a subscription
based CDROM from Telecordia.
