Where can i find details how i set up such a "Supervised call transfer" ?

At the moment i am only able to tranfer calls directly to another phone.
Like this:
exten => s,1,Answer
exten => s,2,capiHOLD
exten => s,3,capiECT,12:34


But how can i PUT someone on hold, then call a msn, have s small talk with
the msn, and as soon i put down the phone, the original caller gets
transfered to the msn i called?Know what i mean?
Where are the infos?
