[Asterisk-Users] MySQL Voicemail Problems

The extensions are valid e.164 numbers, so we have the plus in them for that 
reason. It behaves the same on extensions that don't have a plus in them. 
Here's a sample snippet of debug:

Again, I redacted the numbers there. I also tried applying the patch that 
Michael put up. Didn't seem to make a change at all. I really feel like I'm 
missing something obvious here.
