[Asterisk-Users] how do I get R2 signalling working with a Digium E100P E1/PRA Card

Guys - R2 SIGNALLING IS NOT SUPPORTED IN ASTERISK.  How many times does 
this topic come up on the list?  Steve Underwood posted something like 
this last week!  I will save him the trouble of yet another copy and paste.
