[Asterisk-Users] Can't get ChanSpy to work

I am finding the Hard way ChanSpy and MOH Patch Crashes "*"

I have it in Queue's Music On hold and when 2 or more are in queue and one
leaves 80% of the time it Crashes Core Dump...
