The "Unathorized" really suggests that the password is wrong for 1235.
Check that you have the same secret on both asterisk and the welltech.

Look at this packet. The welltech sends no username at all. How can
we authorize that? I don't know if it's the missing "account" on
1236 and 1237 that makes this happen.
