[Asterisk-Users] forwarding calls thru Freshtel

register on gateway.freshtel.net, not cts-au

-for firefly numbers, call gateway.freshtel.net
-for PSTN termination, call cts-au.freshtel.net

don't think you need the @freshtel at the end of your dial
