[Asterisk-Users] Slow Robotic or like underwater voice

Hello All:

 

We have latest cvs version running on FC2 with one digium card for PSTN.

 

When we call the asterisk server the demo greeting answer but we hear a
unintelligible voice with a robotic or like underwater voice. Any ideas on
this issue will be appreciated.
