I now have in ipmid.cfg

<G3INTERCOM se.rt.100.name="G3INTERCOM" se.rt.100.type="ring-answer"
se.rt.100.timeout="1000" se.rt.100.ringer="7"/>

<G3SALES se.rt.101.name="G3SALES" se.rt.101.type="ring"
se.rt.101.ringer="4" se.rt.101.callWait="6" se.rt.101.mod="1"/>

<G3BILLING se.rt.102.name="G3BILLING" se.rt.102.type="ring"
se.rt.102.ringer="7" se.rt.102.callWait="6" se.rt.102.mod="1"/>

<G3TS se.rt.103.name="G3TS" se.rt.103.type="ring" se.rt.103.ringer="7"
se.rt.103.callWait="6" se.rt.103.mod="1"/>

And in sip.cfg:

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.100.value="G3INTERCOM"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.100.class="100"/>

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.101.value="G3SALES"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.101.class="101"/>

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.102.value="G3BILLING"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.102.class="102"/>

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.103.value="G3TS"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.103.class="103"/>

Yet now, nothing is working when I send the ALERT_INFO header..... Am I
doing something wrong? (again?)

Ok, so I'm blind. That worked.

Do you know why setting the ringtype though doesn't change the DEFAULT
ring? Not that I can't do it via alert info now... It's just odd that
won't work. And I definitely had se.rt.1. for all of the settings.

In ipmid.cfg, try

<G3INTERCOM se.rt.10.name="G3INTERCOM" se.rt.10.type="ring-answer"
se.rt.10.timeout="1000" se.rt.10.ringer="7"/>

(note rt.10 instead of rt.4)
