Yes, the X100P is full-duplex, comes with a warranty that it will work
with Asterisk and Zaptel drivers and it comes with installation
support from Digium. The Zaptel FXO driver is written specifically for
the MD3200 chipset, it will not function with any other chipset.

If you don't need the warranty nor the support, you can google for
generic X100P cards which are in the order of 30-40 USD. However,
since you are a newbie, you should consider the card from Digium with
installation support, because what are you going to do if you can't
get it working by yourself? Buy the card from Digium and they will
help you get it working. It's a good deal.
