You can use AstTAPI to dial out via asterisk and have it record in the
journal, just as you were doing.  If you are non profit Im not sure
why you would want to go with pbxware when you can just do it yourself
with asterisk.

In addition, you don't have to move all the workstations to Linux just
to run asterisk.

Or am I not following something correctly?
