[Asterisk-Users] Queue / Agent Problem

Using the AgentCallBackLogin seems to work well, other than one problem
we have.

If an agent transfers a call via the #, the calls to the new party and
the agent can receive more calls.

But if the agent does a consultive transfer, the queue system thinks the
agent still has the call and does not send anymore calls to agent.

Is there a work around to this?

One is to use the blind (#) transfer, but that is less than
professional.
