[Asterisk-Users] Voicemail: Unable to open digits/hundred M

I have a voicemail retrieval quitting on me with Asterisk CVS from Aug
19, 2004 ...

    -- Playing 'vm-received' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'digits/day-1' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'digits/at' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'digits/oh' (language 'en')
    -- Playing 'digits/3' (language 'en')
Oct 21 19:27:39 WARNING[6684690]: file.c:473 ast_openstream: File
digits/hundred M  does not exist in any format
Oct 21 19:27:39 WARNING[6684690]: file.c:761 ast_streamfile: Unable to
open digits/hundred M  (format ULAW): No such file or directory
Oct 21 19:27:39 WARNING[6684690]: say.c:486 wait_file: Unable to play
message digits/hundred M

However, there is a file called hundred.gsm ...

# ls -l /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/digits | grep hundred
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root         1122 Aug 30 04:54 hundred.gsm

Any ideas what this M thing is about?
