Hello Ron Ramos
With the power of bash it's easy

copy this code to a file name it createsip.sh

--------------------------------------------
#!/bin/bash

for ((i=2000 ; i < 8000; i++ )); do
echo "[$i]"
echo "secret=$i"
echo "type=friend"
echo "username=$i"
echo ""
done
--------------------------------------------


chmod 700 createsip.sh
./createsip.sh >> /etc/asterisk/sip.conf
and your done

Thats all
