[Asterisk-Users] SER problem?

Hi all,

I have the following net:

sip-phone --> * --> sip-provider

phone is x-lite on win and Asterisk is on Debian. The sip provider has
portaSIP, essentially is a SER + BB2UA(vovida) + a billing system.
The recording has succeeded, 'sip show peers' and 'sip show registry' are OK,
while I have a problem on the INVITE:

Oct 19 23:28:27 NOTICE[196620]: chan_sip.c:6712 handle_response: Failed to
authenticate on INVITE to '"MyUsername"  <sip:MyUsername at sip.providername.com>;
tag=...
