[Asterisk-Users] Limiting use of an account

Dear Group,

Could I limit the use of a VOIP account to restrict a user from making too
many external calls? e.g. Could a user be given free access to the system
would be allowed 20 mins of external calls a day?

If this is possible could someone please supply me with an example of the
required configuration?
