[Asterisk-Users] Configuring DIAX

I have v0.9.9a
And have no idea what to do with it or what it does.
Will v0.9.8 help be of any value to me?

For the version 0.9.8 the help is available online at:

or the CHM version in the 0.9.8c package at:
http://www.laser.com/dante/diax/diax098c.zip

The new help (for 0.9.9) will be available in one week time frame.
