Mine is running fine, try it.

exten => 207,1,Dial(SIP/007 at 192.168.0.100,10,Ttr)
exten => 207,2,SetLanguage,fr
exten => 207,3,Voicemail(${EXTEN})
exten => 207,4,Hangup
